Annual
Meeting Highlights
-
Interim report from the Joint Needs Assessment Committee –
contact Ken Cox or Jane Field if you would like a copy.
- Update on St. Paul’s Place – progress toward a sale
has been delayed while we gain a greater understanding from Presbytery
of our ability to use the proceeds from such a sale.
- Motions approved at the June congregational meeting on a trial
basis were approved for continuation except that the balcony will
not be closed. New open space at the back of the sanctuary, coffee
before worship and nametags will continue.
- We took a moment to celebrate significant bequests from the estates
of H. Lloyd Brooks and the Schuyler family.
- Budget for 2010 was approved projecting a significant deficit.
Average givings are strong compared to previous years however total
numbers of givers has declined greatly. See the Annual Report page
42 for details.
- David Boyd took on the role of Council Chair.
A more detailed one page summary of the highlights is available
at the Church Office.
Copies of the Annual Report also still available at the church.

To
all who participated in last spring's Congregational meeting.
Many people voiced their opinions, we all listened and we
voted on the recommendations. Over 90% of the votes cast
on each recommendation were in agreement. Click HERE
